Rising Stars
The organizing committee for Rising Stars 2020, Seattle Skating Club, has taken the difficult decision to cancel this event that had been due to occur on March 7th, 2020, at Lynnwood Ice Arena.
From an abundance of caution, we have decided to follow the guidance of Snohomish County recommendations for not having non-essential gatherings of 50 or more people. We believe we had a robust plan in place to ensure everyone's health and well-being if the event HAD taken place. Despite that, we believe the health and welfare of our skaters, coaches, officials and parents needs to come before all else. Please accept this as notice of cancellation of the event.
