The “Jean-Luc Baker Award for Commitment to Excellence” is the most prestigious award voted upon by our members. It is given to a full member of Seattle Skating Club, of any level, who is an active skater, a long-term member of our club, and who has demonstrated commitment to figure skating. This member acts as a mentor to other skaters, acts as an ambassador for the club at all times, and, through volunteerism, dedicates personal time to the advancement of Seattle Skating Club and to the figure skating community.
2022 Volunteer Coach of the Year Kori Myers The Coach of the Year award is presented to a coach, based upon their volunteerism and dedication to the club, outside of their normal coaching obligations.
